- The prices are for double rooms with shared bathrooms with a limited meal plan.
- All students will share a bedroom with one other student and a community bathroom with other students living on the same floor.
- All housing contracts must begin on a Sunday and end on a Saturday. (If you arrive or leave in the middle of a week, you will be charged for the whole week.)
- The minimum contract period must equal one full term or the whole term of your studies at ALI (the dates of study on your I-20).
- There are NO private (single) rooms in Tenochca Residence Hall OR University Towers.

Considerations

- You must follow campus rules (such as no smoking indoors)
- You must sign a contract which commits you to live there for a full session of study
Dormitory Application and Health Requirements
- If you receive a space in University Towers or Tenochca Residence Hall, you must provide proof of measles and rubella immunizations before your arrival. If you receive a space in the dorms, you will be reminded of this requirement when you are sent the housing contract.
- Additionally, if you receive a space in University Towers or Tenochca Residence Hall, you must complete and sign the informational form about meningococcal disease and return it to the ALI Student Life Office before your arrival. You may send this form with the housing application or after you receive the contract.
